Chapter 4 introduces the reader to the patent application and its sections and organization.

Chapter 5 provides the reader with a step-by-step method and process for drafting a patent application using an actual patent application issued as a U.S. Patent of the Author, Raymond A. Joao, Esq.

Chapter 6 discusses provisional patent applications and nonprovisional patent applications.
